At Kempsons Lawyers, to ensure delivery of the most productive service to clients, all clientele and their files are supervised by a Partner who takes a close and active role in the development of meeting clients' needs.

Appropriate support staff are available to assist as required. Organisationally, the firm's operatives work basically in six groups:

  • Commercial & Business Law
  • Family Law
  • Property Law
  • Litigation
  • Wills & Estates
  • Employment Law

We recognise that the law is continually changing and the firm's structure must achieve appropriate and current skills. Kempsons Lawyers achieves that goal by encouraging its Solicitors and operatives to up grade their knowledge and abilities in various aspects of the law.

Where a client has a series of problems, the broad range of skills within the firm means Solicitors and operatives with pertinent knowledge are available to provide relevant advice and assistance in each area.

Clients can be confident that Kempsons Lawyers has available the full range of services required to resolve all their problems successfully.

Clients with a single issue also benefit from our approach to service as they too can draw upon the skills of Solicitors with a high level of expertise in their particular area of concern. The firm is committed to satisfying clients' requirements promptly and effectively.

In certain circumstances, a fixes fee can be negotiated. Upon our being retained, clients are provided with either a copy of the appropriate legal charges or written confirmation of the fixed fee.
