Peter completed his Articles with the late Ralph Freadman and was admitted to practice
in 1967 and was the founder of the firm in 1969. He has practiced extensively and is
highly regarded as an expert in Property; Commercial and Corporate Law; Wills and Estates;
Defamation and Copyright. He is the Managing Partner of the firm. Peter prides
himself on being readily approachable at all times and treating his clients' interests
as paramount.
Peter has been heavily involved in community affairs, including the following:
- He has been a solicitor for the Southport Legal Service on a voluntary basis since 1996
- For eleven years he was President of the Wheelers Hill Cricket Club
- For some ten years, he was on the Executive of the Waverley District Tennis Association
- He is a past President of the Glen Waverley Tennis Club
- He is a past Vice-President of the Upwey Tacoma Football Club
He has acted on a pro bono basis for many non-profit organizations and has a sound
understanding of community concerns and issues and of social justice.
Peter is presently a member of the Sandringham Football Club Coterie and at various
times has been a member of various Law Institute of Victoria Practitioner Groups.
