Debra also has experience in Testator's Family Maintenance disputes
Debra is considered by respected persons within the legal profession as an expert in drafting Affidavits and other Court documents. She adopts a sensitive and pragmatic approach to family breakdowns.
She is highly qualified, holding not only a Bachelor of Laws Honour Degree from the University of Melbourne but also a Master's Degree in Law from Monash University.
Debra has practised for more than 15 years in litigation matters which include the Family Court, Federal Magistrates' Court, Supreme Court and County Court jurisdictions.
